Today’s video is covering a subject that every home recording guitarist should be aware of, as well as pro studios and budding engineers – do DI boxes make a difference in recording? What makes one good or bad? Can we hear the difference?
We use a Groove Tubes DITTO (an old tube DI box, a lot like a REDDI), a Behringer GI100, a generic old cheap DI box and a Presonus BlueTube Preamp (with an “instrument” input, to see if it’s any better/worse).
