So the studio flooded. It’s all waterproofed and tanked but we think the storm drains in the street backed up and came up like a bath plug going the wrong way……
No huge damage thankfully, but the carpets are ruined and we’ve got some work to do to get everything dry and back in place so clients can come in again.
