Today we're looking at just how much the sound of a room affects a vocal recording, both in a mix (compressed and saturated) and on its own. Recorded into an Aston Origin microphone from both 6 inches away (close) and 18 inches away (far) – into an Audient iD22 interface, into an iPad Pro with Auria Pro for DAW. Mixed later in Reaper.
